We’re very pleased to announce that the Integrated Forms feature is available to use. Please be aware though that for the next few weeks you should consider it to be a Beta feature. This is, there may be some bugs that come to light as people use the system in different situations. If you do try the feature and find an issue please let us know. You can find a video on how to use this feature here.

Two possible applications of the forms include:

  • Sending intake forms to new patients
  • Sending outcome measures to patients at certain points in their course of care

In addition to the forms, we’ll be trialling a new help widget in iconpractice. It will show in the top left section of the screen as a little tab with the word Help. Clicking this tab will open an overlay with easy access to help articles and a support contact form. Hopefully you’ll find it be be of great use.
